Job Description

As a successful Sales Manager - Pharma Industry - Belgium, you will have the following responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the (para-) pharmacies and groupings, online & offline

  • Oversee the preparation and management of the sales budget for pharmaceutical representatives & KAM

  • Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and objectives to ensure meeting goals & objectives

  • Lead & management the pharmaceutical representatives & the KAM - implement KPIs, actions plans and define forecast

  • Coach the sales teams, assist the pharma representative team, support the KAM and train new comers

  • Maintain relationships with key clients in the life sciences industry

  • Directly negotiate with resellers

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against goals
