Job Description
As a successful Sales Manager - Pharma Industry - Belgium, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the (para-) pharmacies and groupings, online & offline
- Oversee the preparation and management of the sales budget for pharmaceutical representatives & KAM
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and objectives to ensure meeting goals & objectives
- Lead & management the pharmaceutical representatives & the KAM - implement KPIs, actions plans and define forecast
- Coach the sales teams, assist the pharma representative team, support the KAM and train new comers
- Maintain relationships with key clients in the life sciences industry
- Directly negotiate with resellers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against goals
