Goals Of The Position As the Manager for Telesales Outbound, you will be responsible for managing a team of Telesales Representatives, ensuring that their sales activities are both effective and compliant with company standards. You will guide the team in executing targeted outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will drive consistent performance, adherence to sales scripts and processes, and the cultivation of a motivated, results-driven team.
