Sales Manager Polymers

We are looking for a Sales Manager Polymers.
Job Purpose:
Manages & assists in improving the sales performance of the designated products to ensure overall sales efficiency and profit maximization by assuming responsibility for the full chain (from inventory to cash collection), while maintaining positive work relationships with customers/clients by creating a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.
Job Specific Accountabilities:
Sales and Marketing
Contribute to the development of annual sales plans and supports long term strategic planning
Develop commercial solutions to meet customer needs & expectations
Strong activities on prospecting and acquisition of new accounts in targeted markets & segments
Manage the full value chain for polymers business (Order to Cash)
Analyze inventory position in order to maintain safety stock
Deliver comprehensive marketing analyses
