Sales Manager

Rompa Group is looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Sales Manager who thrives in an international, results-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for developing new business and managing key multinational accounts with a focus on supporting growth in our Americas region . You can live in United States or Mexico.

We’re looking for someone who brings a strong technical background , ideally with experience in injection moulding and automotive , and who feels comfortable representing Rompa with confidence and clarity in front of global customers. If you’re a strategic thinker , a tactical doer , and a natural self-starter —we want to talk to you.
