The Sales Manager is a key commercial leader responsible for driving new business growth while strengthening and expanding existing customer relationships. This role requires a blend of proactive business development, strategic planning, account management, and cross‑department collaboration. The Sales Manager will focus on growing the customer base throughout North America, particularly among low‑ to medium‑volume custom casting buyers, while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
