Role: Sales Manager ( Real Estate)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period (within 1 month)
Location: Mangalore (candidates currently in Mangalore or willing to relocate from Bangalore only)
Experience: 5+ years
Budget: Up to 12 LPA
Domain: Real Estate (mandatory)

Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving real estate sales while leading and managing their own dedicated sales team. This role requires a balance of hands-on selling and team leadership. The Sales Manager will own revenue targets, team performance, and the overall sales execution from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of company properties through direct client engagement, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Identify and approach new clients to build a consistent and strong sales pipeline.
- Organize and conduct property site visits, clearly explaining features, benefits, and
pricing.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to successfully close deals.
- Guide clients through the entire buying process in line with company terms and
policies.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of all sales documentation and paperwork required
to close transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers for repeat and future business.
- Work closely with legal teams, loan officers, and external agencies to complete sales
smoothly.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activity, and industry best
practices.
Client Coordination
- Address client queries related to construction status, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Ensure a professional, transparent, and trustworthy experience for all customers.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, manage, and grow their own dedicated sales team.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales executives to meet business objectives.
- Set individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Monitor daily activities, conversions, and pipeline movement of the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback and coaching.
- Build a disciplined, motivated, and high-performing sales culture.
- Ensure adherence to company pricing, policies, and sales processes.
- Take complete ownership of the sales performance and revenue delivered by the
team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing abilities
- Good understanding of real estate sales documentation and processes
- Target-driven mindset with strong execution capability
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
