Sales Manager – Real Estate (Work From Home / Remote)

Diya Greencity is a leading affordable housing project located in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. Approved by Awas Bandhu and GDA, the project is earthquake-resistant and structurally certified by IIT Delhi. With 900+ homes successfully handed over , we are expanding our sales operations digitally and pan-India through a remote sales leadership model.




Key Responsibilities (Remote)



  • Close high-value real estate deals through phone, WhatsApp, CRM, and virtual meetings
  • Manage the complete remote sales pipeline from lead allocation to closure
  • Onboard, guide, and monitor Channel Partners (CPs) digitally across locations
  • Optimize and monitor project listings on 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com
  • Ensure fair and transparent lead distribution between CPs and internal teams
  • Convert portal leads, inbound inquiries, and organic digital leads
  • Resolve CP-related issues and conflicts remotely and professionally
  • Track portal performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics
  • Coordinate with social media and digital marketing teams to improve campaign ROI
  • Work with content/design teams to ensure RERA-compliant and high-converting creatives
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and daily/weekly performance reviews



Note: Site visits and documentation will be handled by the on-ground team. Sales Manager focuses on strategy, conversion, and partner management.




Requirements



  • 5–8 years of hands-on real estate sales experience
  • Proven experience in remote sales management or centralized sales desks
  • Strong command over telephonic sales, CP management, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, public dealing, and negotiation skills


Preferred:


  • UPRERA-registered agent OR
  • Experience with reputed builders / CP-driven high-volume projects
