K Nine Realtors, an Authorized RERA Registered Real Estate Channel Partner, is hiring a dynamic, target-driven Sales Manager to accelerate property sales growth.
Experience - 1-2 Yrs
Location - Navi Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
* Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations & closures
* Manage and call the sales team to achieve targets
* Build strong relationships with developers and customers
* Plan and execute sales strategies for residential/commercial projects
* Train, guide, and monitor sales executives
* Coordinate with marketing for lead generation
* Ensure compliance with RERA rules and documentation
* Track performance and prepare sales reports
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
* Minimum 2 years in a Sales Manager role
* Strong knowledge of RERA regulations
* Excellent communication, leadership & negotiation skills
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Willing to work across any regional market, as per business requirements
Qualification:
Graduate
