JOB DETAILS

1 Ensure stable supply of High Quality Product to various markets as per the Business Plan.
2 Maintain the cost within the budget, ensure all product yields are within the budget.
3 Execution of Production Plan, monitoring of shop floor activity, co-ordination with other support departments .
4 Establish systems and procedures for the effective manufacturing and packing controls inline with the current Good Manufacturing Practices and ensure their strict compliance
5 Compliance to cGMP and Global Regulatory requirements’ for Drug Product facility.
6 Team Development, Multi-skilling of personnel to handle more than one job.
7 Operational Excellence through implementation of Lean initiative such as 5S, Kaizen at shop floor.
8 Review of Batch Production Records, SOPs and various GMP documents.
9 Ensure timely review and closure of any investigation, deviation, change control, OOS, with effective CAPA implementation.
10 To ensure effective technology transfer as per the written procedures and compliance to the regulatory standards. Participate in execution of all validation and revalidation/qualification activities for Drug Product facility.
