Profitably grows sales through proactive management of customer relationships.
Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.
Develops appropriate level relationships with key accounts for self, Channel Sales Director, Executive Sponsorship and technical resources.
Effectively coordinates and delivers customer demonstrations and presentations.
Provides input to senior management on customers and competitive trends.
Calls on accounts with efficient time management skills to ensure weekly visit targets are met.
