Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  2. Manage and nurture a portfolio of key FMCG accounts, building strong partnerships with clients
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  5. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  6. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance
  7. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the leadership team
