We are currently seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join the Turkey operations of our global client operating in the organic chemicals trade.
Job Description
Achieve the company’s sales targets within the organic chemicals segment across Turkey.Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the local market and customer needs.Monitor sales budgets and provide regular performance reports to management.Coordinate sales operations including order processing, stock level management, and timely invoicing.Conduct competitive market analysis and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.Organize and facilitate meetings and hospitality for visiting international partners and stakeholders.Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related commercial or technical field.Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the chemical industry, particularly with organic chemicals (Monomers & Solvents).Proven track record in managing distributor networks and channel sales.“
