We are currently seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join the Turkey operations of our global client operating in the organic chemicals trade.

Job Description

  • Achieve the company’s sales targets within the organic chemicals segment across Turkey.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the local market and customer needs.
  • Monitor sales budgets and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate sales operations including order processing, stock level management, and timely invoicing.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings and hospitality for visiting international partners and stakeholders.
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related commercial or technical field.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the chemical industry, particularly with organic chemicals (Monomers & Solvents).
  • Proven track record in managing distributor networks and channel sales.
