About the Role:

The Sales Manager will lead Direct Sales for Affordable LAP in the assigned location. The role involves team handling, business acquisition, market expansion, and ensuring portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Affordable LAP business through Direct channel

• Lead, guide, and monitor Relationship Managers

• Achieve location-level disbursement and revenue targets

• Conduct joint field calls and support closures

• Build strong local market presence and sourcing channels

• Monitor portfolio quality and policy adherence

• Track performance metrics and ensure compliance
