Product: Tiles Adhesive, Dry Mix Products, Construction Chemicals Position: Territory Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Executive Territory: Vadodara Job Purpose: Executing a sales expansion strategy to drive consistent growth by acquiring new customers by smartly assessing client credit worthiness, conducting market research, identifying potential leads, analysing competitors, and strive to achieve monthly sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Business Generation: Generate new business opportunities in the assigned sales territory, using a consultative approach to meet sales targets and increased volumes. Consistency in potential Lead generation and closure to be aligned with the given monthly target Should be able to close deals within committed timeline as per projections. Develop sales network keeping focus on organizational goals and product-specific strategies. Should be able to onboard customers with strong financial health and creditworthiness, maintaining ASP across product ranges. Should be able to keep own performance at a satisfactory level and should be self-motivated. 2. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the self-developed clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Regularly interact with clients to understand their requirements, provide product information, and offer solutions tailored to their needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business. 3. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development / QC team, dispatch team, and customer service, to ensure customer feedback is effectively communicated and acted upon. Provide regular updates to reporting manager on client needs, market trends, and sales performance in weekly presentations. Prepare and present detailed agenda for past and upcoming weeks, sales reports, including pipeline and forecast data in review meetings. Requirements Knowledge & Skills: 1. Target driven mindset 2. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented and self-motivated Willingness to travel extensively Knowledge of local market & customer base Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets Dealer / project lead conversion ratio New dealer appointments per month Customer satisfaction & complaint resolution Market coverage & territory growth Compensation: Fixed Salary: As per industry standards Variable / Incentive: Based on sales performance and target achievement Target: Sales Executive - Monthly 200 Tons
