Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for staffing and workforce solutions.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients through outbound sales, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Present staffing and workforce solutions (temporary, contract, project-based, and permanent hiring) to clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess service performance, identify gaps, and uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
