Role: Sales Manager

Location: India (On‑site) — You will own territory revenue, new‑logo acquisition and account expansion for Career Bloc's employer and candidate solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for assigned territory: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close B2B contracts to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and partnerships; prioritise high‑value opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts to drive renewals, upsells and cross‑sell opportunities while ensuring excellent handoffs to Customer Success for adoption and retention.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and draft proposals / contracts in collaboration with legal and finance to accelerate closures.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM hygiene, and report weekly performance and pipeline health to leadership.
