Role Summary:

The Regional Enterprise Sales Manager will drive new enterprise-customer acquisition for revenue growth and account expansion for the company's networking & cybersecurity solutions portfolio. This role is responsible for owning the enterprise territory plan, building and managing CXO/decision-maker relationships, generating pipeline, and closing large complex deals – in collaboration with OEM vendors, consulting partners, distribution and internal pre-sales / delivery teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Own enterprise regional sales number, quarterly bookings and revenue targets.

·      Prospect, develop, and close large enterprise accounts in target verticals (BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ITeS, Healthcare etc., as applicable).

·      Drive consultative solution selling of advanced networking (SD-WAN, DC Networking, Wi-Fi, Private 5G) and Cybersecurity (NGFW, SSE/SASE, IAM, XDR/SOC, Zero Trust) technologies.

·      Work closely with OEM / Distributor vendor teams to co-sell and co-market.

·      Build a strong pipeline (3–4x coverage) and maintain high CRM hygiene for forecasting accuracy.

·      Engage at CXO, CIO, CISO, Head of Infrastructure, Procurement & Architecture levels.

·      Coordinate internal resources – pre-sales architects, services delivery, bid management – to build competitive proposals and RFP responses.

·      Lead commercial negotiations, terms structuring and deal closure with customer procurement and legal teams.

·      Track competition, pricing moves, market trends and drive differentiated positioning.

·      Ensure on-time invoicing, collections, and handover to delivery.

 

Required Experience

·      15-20+ years' experience in enterprise technology sales.

·      Proven track record selling networking, cybersecurity, cloud security, DC infrastructure or managed security services in the region.

·      Hands-on experience managing large, strategic, complex deals (₹1-50Cr+ deal sizes or equivalent ) .

·      Experience working inside a systems integrator / VAR / MSSP strongly preferred.

·      Excellent network of relationships with CIOs/CISOs/Infra leaders in the region.

·      Strong business acumen and solution consultative selling.

·      Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise IT architecture.

·      Strong negotiation, commercial structuring and closing skills.

·      Self-driven, highly accountable, ability to operate with minimal supervision.

Education

·      Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred).

·      MBA is an advantage.
