Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales
  • Must have experience within the Fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of financial products, digital payments, or banking solutions is a plus.
