Responsibilities

  • Develop the statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain.
  • Mapping HR/Payroll demand vs supply in the business districts of the country
  • To market and sell HR Payroll Services
  • Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to Management.
  • Maintain business relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or any related courses
  • With at least 10-12 years of experience in Account management, Business Development management
  • With experience in Handling payroll sales
  • With working experience HR Processes and Policies
  • Amenable to attend Online interview.
  • Can start as soon as possible
