Responsibilities
- Develop the statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain.
- Mapping HR/Payroll demand vs supply in the business districts of the country
- To market and sell HR Payroll Services
- Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to Management.
- Maintain business relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or any related courses
- With at least 10-12 years of experience in Account management, Business Development management
- With experience in Handling payroll sales
- With working experience HR Processes and Policies
- Amenable to attend Online interview.
- Can start as soon as possible
