**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Supervise and motivate Sales Counselors to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Increase sales year over year, achieving or exceed sales goals. Reduce insured funeral and property sales cancellation rates across the team ensuring annual metrics are achieved.
