Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the sales and support teams to achieve growth objectives.Develop and execute sales strategies that meet revenue and profitability targets.Lead strategic management and growth of key accounts, including both established relationships and new businessAchieve and exceed established sales and margin goals.Ensure staff receive ongoing training and development to excel in their roles.Contribute to the creation and execution of regional goals and objectives.Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.Develop budgets and manage account portfolios.Participate in customer calls and provide sales or technical support.Engage in long-term strategic planning and management initiatives.Support product training and collaborate with suppliers to increase product awareness.
