Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the sales and support teams to achieve growth objectives.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet revenue and profitability targets.

  • Lead strategic management and growth of key accounts, including both established relationships and new business

  • Achieve and exceed established sales and margin goals.

  • Ensure staff receive ongoing training and development to excel in their roles.

  • Contribute to the creation and execution of regional goals and objectives.

  • Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Develop budgets and manage account portfolios.

  • Participate in customer calls and provide sales or technical support.

  • Engage in long-term strategic planning and management initiatives.

  • Support product training and collaborate with suppliers to increase product awareness.
