Job Description
We are looking for a multi-skilled Sales, Marketing, and AI Intern who can blend creativity, analytical thinking, and technical know-how. This role involves executing outreach campaigns through Zoho CRM and Campaigns, supporting visual design and content creation, and exploring AI-driven marketing automations.
This is an ideal opportunity for students interested in growth marketing, applied AI, and B2B technology outreach. You’ll work on real projects, managing a few high-impact tasks at a time and seeing your work directly influence campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Operations
- Manage and segment contact lists within Zoho CRM.
- Execute email outreach campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, including setup, sequencing, and performance tracking.
- Draft compelling outreach emails, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts for company updates or AI offerings.
- Track responses, follow-ups, and engagement metrics to refine campaigns.
Content & Graphic Design
- Design professional visuals, infographics, and email templates using Canva, Figma, or Zoho MarketingHub.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare case studies, brochures, and event creatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and digital touchpoints.
AI & Automation Support
- Explore AI tools (ChatGPT, Workato, Zoho Flow) to automate or enhance marketing workflows.
- Prototype prompt-based automations for lead response or data enrichment.
- Document results, findings, and recommendations for AI use in marketing.
Performance & Reporting
- Maintain weekly reports on campaign results, engagement metrics, and design deliverables.
- Present insights from AI-assisted marketing experiments or automation tests.
Preferred Skills
- Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho MarketingHub (familiarity or willingness to learn).
- Canva / Figma or Adobe Suite for marketing visuals.
- Basic understanding of email marketing workflows and marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Workato, or prompt-based automation).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn cross-functional marketing.
