Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive with a strong background in real estate apartment sales to handle lead calling, site visits, and channel partner engagement for the AKASHA project. The role requires hands-on selling, customer handling, and strong product presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Customer Handling
Call and engage with qualified prospective buyers
Clearly explain project features, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans
Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive site visits and conversions
Site Visits & Project Presentation
Conduct site visits and walk customers through the project in detail
Explain floor plans, specifications, amenities, approvals, and timelines
Handle objections confidently and assist in deal closures
Channel Partner Engagement
Actively contact and engage channel partners to create project awareness
