Job Description
Visit industrial areas around Bhopal (Govindpura, Mandideep, Raisen Road, etc.) to identify and meet new customers in manufacturing and process industries.
Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, references, industry events, and online platforms (IndiaMART, LinkedIn, etc.).
Open new accounts by meeting decision makers (owners, plant heads, purchase, maintenance teams) and presenting Industry Pro’s automation solutions.
Promote and sell products and services such as PLC/SCADA solutions, repairs, retrofits, and maintenance contracts.
Understand basic technical requirements of customers and coordinate with the technical team for sizing, selection, and solution design.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial terms until order closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets as defined by management.
Maintain and update customer database, visit reports, and opportunity tracking in Zoho CRM or assigned tools.
Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and basic English; ability to talk confidently with plant heads and owners.
Proven ability to open new accounts and develop new geographies, not just manage existing customers.
Good understanding or willingness to learn basics of PLC, VFD, control panels, sensors, and industrial automation.
Negotiation and closing skills with focus on achieving monthly targets.
Familiarity with Bhopal and nearby industrial areas (Govindpura, Mandideep, Raisen Road, etc.) and comfort with daily field visits.
Basic computer skills: Email, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM usage.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with minimal supervision in a startup environment
Benefits
Salary: INR 15,000 – 20,000 per month (fixed), depending on experience and performance in interview.
