Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive domestic sales growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing in plastic industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm and cold calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Manage and optimize IndiaMart and other online platforms for lead generation and sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the plastic industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwares.
  • Good knowledge of IndiaMART and online sales platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
