Experience: 5–7 years in B2 B Sales // Engineering from a core branch: Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, technically proficient Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth in the Mumbai region. As an engineer-led organization, we require a professional who speaks the language of the shop floor and can translate complex technical solutions into high-value business propositions. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to final negotiations and account management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and penetrate new B2 B accounts across manufacturing, chemical, and industrial sectors in the Mumbai/Western region.
- Leverage your engineering background to understand client pain points and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing high-ticket contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, Plant Leadership Teams to ensure high client retention and upselling opportunities.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to keep our value proposition ahead of the curve.
- Maintain meticulous records of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity metrics using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Engineering from a core branch: Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- An MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus but not mandatory if the technical experience is robust.
- 5–7 years of proven success in B2 B Sales, preferably selling industrial equipment, technical services, Saa S for manufacturing, or engineering consultancy.
- Demonstrated experience in handling long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Strong understanding of industrial shop floor operations and safety standards.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills English and Regional Language.
