Sales & Marketing Manager

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, lead conversion, and brand visibility for residential and commercial real estate projects. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, channel partner management, and execution of marketing initiatives to achieve revenue and absorption targets.

About the Role

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Drive unit sales, revenue targets, and inventory absorption as per business goals.
Lead and manage the sales team, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and training.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground activations.
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for lead generation through Google, Meta, portals, and CRM integration.
Manage and expand channel partner (broker) network, including onboarding, engagement, and incentive programs.
Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion tracking through CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
Work closely with project, legal, and CRM teams to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and customer onboarding.
Prepare and present sales MIS, forecasts, pipeline reports, and campaign performance reports to management.
Ensure brand consistency and positioning aligned with project vision and company standards.

About You

Minimum Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred
Minimum Experience: 6 – 10 years in real estate sales & marketing
Industry Requirement: Mandatory experience in real estate sales & marketing
Key Skills: Team leadership, sales planning, negotiation, CRM management, campaign execution
Digital Exposure: Strong understanding of digital lead generation platforms and real estate portals
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
