Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Pune. The Sales Marketing Manager will drive sales strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and foster client relationships to achieve business goals. The role requires creating and implementing marketing plans, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams. The individual will also be responsible for tracking sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the company in business development efforts.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Marketing expertise, including Digital Marketing, Market Analysis, and Campaign Management
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams and project workflows effectively
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering industries is an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
