About the Role

As a Sales Ninja – B2C, you’ll be on the frontlines of Gabit’s growth, helping customers take the first meaningful step in their health journey. This is not transactional selling — it’s consultative, needs-based conversations where you educate, guide, and build trust.


You’ll play a critical role in converting inbound interest into long-term Gabit users by clearly communicating value, addressing concerns, and ensuring customers feel confident about their decision.



What Your Day Would Look Like

  • Speak with inbound leads interested in improving fitness, sleep, stress, nutrition, and overall well-being.
  • Understand customer goals and challenges, and recommend the right Gabit solution for their lifestyle.
  • Clearly explain how Gabit’s ecosystem (Smart Ring, app, insights, coaching) delivers long-term health value in a simple, relatable way.
  • Handle queries and objections around product usage, comfort, results, and pricing with confidence.
  • Follow up consistently and smartly to drive closures and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with CX, product, and operations teams to ensure a smooth pre- and post-purchase experience.
  • Track your pipeline and performance metrics to continuously improve outcomes.



Say Hello If You’ve Got

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2C sales (health, wellness, fitness, consumer tech, or lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to simplify complex products for everyday users.
  • Comfort working with targets, high-volume conversations, and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
  • A performance-driven mindset — you enjoy ownership, numbers, and closing loops.
  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping people make better lifestyle decisions.
