Roles and Responsibilities:1. Promote and sell cattle/animal feed (Pashu Aahar) to target customers.2. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.3. Organize technical seminars and farmer meetings in assigned regions.4. Develop new markets by onboarding dealers, retailers, and dairy farmers.5. Drive sales growth for animal feed products in the designated areas.Desired Candidate Profile:* Education: Any graduate (. in Agriculture preferred).* Experience: 1-3 years in Feed, Veterinary Medicine, Feed Supplements, Feed Additives, Agriculture, or FMCG industries.* Freshers with a keen interest in Animal Feed Sales are welcome to apply.Knowledge & Skills:o Familiarity with Animal Feed/Cattle Feed/Pashu Aahar products.o Basic understanding of dairy farm management and milking animals (cows and buffaloes).* Other Requirements:o Maximum Age: 35 years.o Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.Compensation: Salary: Up to LPA and Travel Allowance: per kmJob Locations: 1.
