Sales Officer

We are hiring a Sales Officer  responsible for achieving home loan sales targets, sourcing new business, managing channel partners, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role involves territory mapping, source development, daily reporting, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire home loan customers in the assigned territory
• Identify and develop new channels/DSAs and manage existing sources
• Conduct regular area mapping to improve sourcing
• Guide customers through the entire home loan process
• Maintain sales reports, activity logs, and provide daily updates in team huddles
• Ensure high conversion rates through effective objection handling and follow-ups

Requirements

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Experience in sales, home loans, or BFSI preferred
• Good knowledge of local geography
• Ability to manage sourcing, pipeline, and closures
• Basic understanding of KYC, loan documents, and eligibility checks
