Job Title: Sales Officer

Campany: Ganga Roller Flour Mill (GRFM)

Location: Delhi West

Job Summary:

The Sales Officer at Ganga Flour Mills will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the

customer base for our range of flour and related products. This individual will be a key

representative of the company in the market, building strong relationships with customers,

meeting sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Sales Generation & Target Achievement:

o Achieve assigned sales targets through both new customer acquisition and

existing customer retention.

o Promote and sell Ganga Flour Mills products (flour, grains, etc.) to wholesalers,

retailers, and direct consumers.

o Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s reach in the market.

 Customer Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential

customers.

o Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and ensuring

timely delivery of products.

o Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly.

 Market Analysis & Reporting:

o Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and

customer preferences.

o Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management to optimize strategies

and improve sales processes.

 Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

o Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits

of the company's products.

o Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to achieve sales objectives.

 Product Knowledge & Promotion:

o Maintain a strong understanding of all products and their features.

o Assist in the development of promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to

boost sales.

 Collaboration with Internal Teams:

o Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth

order processing and customer satisfaction.

 Sales Documentation & Follow-up:

o Prepare and maintain sales documentation such as quotations, sales contracts, and

invoices.

o Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and successful order

fulfillment.

Requirements:

 Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

o Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

 Experience:

o 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, food, or flour industry.

o Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

o Knowledge of the local market and customer base.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

 Personal Traits:

o Results-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by challenges.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
