Sales Officer - HORECA

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients in the hotel, restaurant, and catering industry (HORECA).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company revenue.
• Understand and anticipate the needs of HORECA clients and provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and presentations.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
• Regularly report on sales performance and market trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products or services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the HORECA industry.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services.
• Negotiate contracts and packages to close sales.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate
• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, especially in the HORECA segment
