Job Description

  • Acquire CASA and liability accounts through cold calling, market references, cross-selling, and referrals.
  • Drive sales of third-party products such as life insurance, health insurance, and mutual fund SIPs.
  • Implement branch-level sales and marketing activities to grow the liabilities portfolio.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for account acquisition, balances, and revenue as per scorecard.
  • Develop new customer relationships while leveraging existing customer base for business growth.
  • Acquire new customers through multiple channels including branch walk-ins, local campaigns, referrals, and industry associations.
  • Ensure timely account opening and provide a smooth onboarding experience for new-to-bank customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
