Key Responsibilities:
Acquiring New Customers: This includes identifying and targeting potential clients, generating leads through various channels like cold calling, referrals, and marketing events. Cross-selling and Up-selling: Once clients are acquired, the CASA Sales Officer will focus on cross-selling related banking products like insurance, loans, and investment options. Building Relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients is crucial for continued sales and client retention. Account Activation and Management: Ensuring that newly opened accounts are activated, linked to relevant services like mobile banking, and that clients understand their options. Portfolio Management: Monitoring and managing the performance of CASA accounts, identifying opportunities to increase their value and profitability. Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about local market trends and competitors to better target potential clients and tailor product offerings.
