Role & Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Source Secured Business Loan (Micro LAP) cases through open market and referral channels

  
  


• 
  

  Identify self-employed customers and build local sourcing networks

  
  


• 
  

  Complete end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, login and coordination till disbursement

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to credit policies

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve assigned monthly business targets and maintain portfolio quality

  
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• 
  

  1–4 years of experience in Secured Business Loans / LAP / MSME lending

  
  


• 
  

  Open market sourcing experience is mandatory

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with NBFC / Bank preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of local market and self-employed customer segment

  
  

CTC:

• 
  

  Up to 4.5 LPA (depending on experience and current compensation)
