Sales Operation Analyst (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Respond to sample inquiries from global stakeholders and provide guidance on sample ordering and stock availability.
• Ensure inquiries are resolved within agreed timelines with a focus on responsiveness.
• Support data checks, reconciliation inquiries, and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Escalate risks, stock issues, and system errors, troubleshooting SAP, Model N, and related systems.
• Monitor and escalate system issues or data discrepancies promptly and coordinate timely follow-up with relevant teams.
• Manage cancellation or correction requests for non-sampleable parts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regions for process alignment.
• Work with Planning and Product Group to resolve issues or escalations.
• Maintain strong communication across global stakeholders.
