We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Operation Assistant to join our dynamic team at Intellisearch HR Solutions Pte Ltd. This full-time role will be based in our office in Somerset Central Region. As a Sales Operation Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and handling customer inquiries
  2. Assist with the management of the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and updating customer information in our CRM system
  3. Coordinate and process sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation
  4. Support the preparation of sales reports and analysis to help drive business decisions
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional communication and coordination
