We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Operation Assistant to join our dynamic team at Intellisearch HR Solutions Pte Ltd. This full-time role will be based in our office in Somerset Central Region. As a Sales Operation Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations.
What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and handling customer inquiries
- Assist with the management of the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and updating customer information in our CRM system
- Coordinate and process sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation
- Support the preparation of sales reports and analysis to help drive business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional communication and coordination
