We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations Executive to join our Sales team at Apna. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, CRM management, and sales analytics, with a proven ability to optimize sales processes and support revenue teams. 

This role requires a strong understanding of sales tools and reporting, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • CRM & Sales Tools Management: Own and optimize CRM systems (FreshSales, Salesforce, or any other similar tools etc.), ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and automation
  • Reporting & Analytics – Track key sales metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights for leadership
