Job Description

Main Responsibilities: *

  • Coordinate working mission of CRM administrative team

  • Support Sales Administrator daily administrative routine

  • Maintain CRM local system operation

  • Coordinate with other functions and divisions stakeholders in order to support the proper & effective operation of CRM organization in Taiwan

  • Provide assistance in coordinating team marketing events, trade shows, physicians, nurses, patients education program and public exhibition following HCP & OEC policy to implement marketing event

  • Assist marketing team to ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to

  • Monitor post-event results by HCPs/staff members to assess cost and benefit

  • Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality
