Position: Sales & Operations (Account Executive)

We are a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in short-form video production, social media management, content operations, and branding services. We help local businesses scale through effective digital strategies and creative execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable marketing solutions
  • Promoting company services (Social Media Management, Short Video, Digital Ads, etc.)
  • Following up on project progress and client servicing
  • Supporting marketing activities, partnerships, and business collaborations

Qualifications

  • Has experience in sales or client servicing (fresh candidates with strong interest are welcome)
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is proactive, responsible, and execution-oriented
  • Is interested in digital marketing, content creation, or branding
  • Can communicate in English or Chinese (bilingual preferred but not required)
  • Has good work attitude and customer service mindset

Compensation

Basic salary + attractive commission + performance bonuses

Actual salary depends on experience and performance

Work Arrangement

Monday to Friday (project-based schedule flexibility)

Full-time / Part-time / Contract can be discussed
