Job Description

Planning & Forecasting

  • Coordinate monthly sales forecast reviews to support the S&OP process
  • Share insights on monthly performance and forecasts with senior leaders
  • Build annual volume and margin plans by customer and product

Sales Performance Analysis

  • Analyse historical sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assess pipeline performance and its impact on sales results
  • Conduct customer margin analysis

Customer Retention and Recovery

  • Support Sales teams in recovering lost customers by providing visibility on customer performance
  • Identify trends to mitigate losses and follow up on recovery...
