Planning & Forecasting
- Coordinate monthly sales forecast reviews to support the S&OP process
- Share insights on monthly performance and forecasts with senior leaders
- Build annual volume and margin plans by customer and product
Sales Performance Analysis
- Analyse historical sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Assess pipeline performance and its impact on sales results
- Conduct customer margin analysis
Customer Retention and Recovery
- Support Sales teams in recovering lost customers by providing visibility on customer performance
