Job Title: Sales Compensation Analyst (1 year Project Based)
Our client is growing the Revenue Operations to help achieve operational and financial goals through strategic incentive programs. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations and the month-end crediting process in support of the global Revenue team. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Finance, and Operations teams to scale and improve compensation processes.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and brings strong knowledge of sales operations and crediting processes .
We are looking for process-driven professionals who can quickly own sales compensation operations while helping transform compensation strategy into a robust and scalable system.
