What is the scope of this role? The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, providing analytical support, and managing sales tools to ensure that our sales organization meets its targets. This role requires a blend of proactive thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact and escalation point for the global Sales team for day-to-day sales operations needs. Ensure due diligence is conducted on each new sales opportunity with proper analysis to ensure efficiencies prior to commencing the sales cycle. Assist in clean up, maintenance, and enforcement of proper usage of CRM tool and ensure data accuracy and integrity within all internal systems. Assist in managing the sales pipeline, coordinating and facilitating sales transactions.
