Job Description

General Responsibilities:

  • Sales Pipeline & CRM Hygiene, Sales Pipeline Reports & Dashboards
  • Track key metrics on Business Units, Service Lines & Customers/Accounts and provide snapshot of vital stats in advance for client meetings.
  • Tracking Renewals/Repeat business and working with Salespersons & Delivery Teams to ensure follow-up and completion.
  • Conduct basic market / client research and communicate findings.
  • Be on the top of numbers/facts with respect to the Sales Pipeline, Wins/Losses & Business Units/Departments.
  • Win & Loss Analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance / Commerce / Management.
  • Well versed with MS Office especially with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Extremely organized with good time-management skills.
  • Familiarity, understanding & experience in CRM (NetSuite/Salesforce preferred).
