We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Madrid . This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly detail-oriented, interested in business operations, and eager to learn how sales processes work end-to-end.
The primary responsibility of this role is the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of quotes and sales orders in NetSuite ERP , ensuring high data quality and compliance across systems. The role plays a critical part in supporting Sales, Finance, and Operations by maintaining reliable transactional data used for reporting, audits, and project execution.
Over time, this position offers the opportunity to grow into process improvement, reporting, and operational optimization initiatives .
