TF Avarda Bank is a digital bank offering consumer banking services and e-commerce solutions through a proprietary IT platform with a high degree of automation. The platform is designed for scalability and adaptability to different products, countries, currencies and digital banking solutions. TF Avarda Bank prioritizes organic growth under controlled conditions and expansion is taking place in carefully selected segments and markets. Operations are conducted in the Nordics, the Baltics, Poland, Germany, Austria, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands and Italy through subsidiary, branch, or cross-border banking with the support of the Swedish banking license.

The business is divided into three segments: Credit Cards, Ecommerce Solutions and Consumer Lending. The target group for all services is creditworthy private individuals, and the loan amounts are relatively small with short repayment terms. TF Bank also offers deposit products in several markets.



We are seeking a passionate, analytical, and collaborative Sales Operations Analyst to act as a hands-on strategic partner to the Country Manager Italy. This role will support multiple operational, marketing, and customer-related workstreams aimed at expanding our most successful credit card products.

The position requires a strong hands-on approach, pivoting from analysis to execution, making a direct impact on short-term challenges while contributing to strategic decision-making to drive long-term market growth.

Key Responsibilities

Process Engineering & Operational Improvements
  • Map and document existing processes

  • Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements

  • Align process updates with central operations

Marketing Optimization
  • Analyze funnel metrics

  • Review and refine email marketing campaigns

  • Test new concepts and improve messaging tailored to local market requirements, working hands-on in the implementation

Data Analysis & Insights (Italian Market)
  • Analyze customer behaviors and KPIs related to customer support, pre-collection, and card usage

  • Analyze credit card pre-collection data and customer inquiries to improve segmentation, tone of voice, and channel optimization

  • Reduce customer friction and improve support processes

  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Product Launch Support
  • Support product launch planning

  • Monitor launch execution

  • Track early performance and optimize initiatives


Qualifications and Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or analytics roles

  • Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data

  • Hands-on execution mindset

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fluency in Spanish and English

  • Interest in the financial industry

Nice-to-Have:
  • Banking or fintech experience

  • Hands-on experience with SQL / analytics tools

  • Additional languages such as Italian and/or German
