About the Role

: The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for driving business excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction within the Americas region. Responsibilities include optimizing sales processes, forecasting demand, analyzing and reporting data, managing the sales funnel, and continuously improving operations. Additionally, the role involves administering Salesforce to support the Executive Leadership team in making informed business decisions. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce administration are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage, analyze, coordinate, and communicate monthly and forward-looking sales forecast data.
  • Sales Force Management (Reports/Dashboards, New accounts/Update approval)
  • Analyze pipeline and facilitate faster-moving sales funnel
  • Analyze CRM
  • Manage weekly funnel reviews with regional TMs to ensure accountability and win/loss sharing
  • Ensure linkage between functions that support sales forecast (Sales, Demand, Supply, Order Fulfillment, Finance, Marketing).
  • Sales forecast and performance analysis and reporting (sales forecast accuracy & productivity metric improvements)
  • Management of the Salesforce process used in each region
  • Enhance sales conversion rates.
  • Prepare Sales Reporting
  • Track and facilitate Growth Strategy initiatives
  • Collect metrics to consolidate and refine bookings forecast.
  • Collect metrics on NPS and other customer satisfaction metrics. 
  • Provide backup to Sales Operations Manager for Revenue ActivitiesRevenue forecast tracking including (BTR, Equipment backlog and servicesAnnual Plan PreparationOrganize Monthly Regional Sales meetings with CEO/VP
  • Other duties as assigned.
  •  Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-8 years minimum experience in Sales Operations, Sales management, or related field
  • Advanced experience in Salesforce, data analysis and sales forecasting
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, process improvement and implementing sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software – Salesforce or other sales automation tools
  • String analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and translate into actionable insights
  • Familiar with sales forecasting methods, sales analytics, and pipeline management
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business environments
  • Attention to detail, strong focus on accuracy and efficiency and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments
