We are hiring for a globally recognized U. S. based service provider that delivers warehousing solutions designed to meet the dynamic needs of today’s supply chains.
Role Purpose
This role ensures sales execution runs smoothly by operationalizing the sales methodology, monitoring
deal health, and supporting enablement delivery. Acts as the connective tissue between sales reps,
process, and enablement leadership.
Core Responsibilities
• Monitor active deals and pipeline health
• Enforce CRM hygiene and sales methodology compliance
• Support forecasting and pipeline reviews
• Maintain enablement content and playbooks
• Track enablement effectiveness and adoption
• Support onboarding and documentation
Key Skills
• CRM expertise (Hub Spot or Salesforce)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.)
• Strong communication and process thinking
KPIs
• Pipeline health and conversion rates
• Data completeness and accuracy
• Enablement adoption
• Reduced deal slippage
Ideal Background
• 2–4 years in Sales Ops or Enablement
• B2 B Saa S experience
• Detail-oriented and execution-focused
