Provide retail sales support for the following:

Showroom Cars (On-Showroom Display)

  • Receive and update car arrival in GDMS
  • Check conditions of VRN cars for suitability for retail
  • Verify validity of agent warranties and balance of free servicing
  • Ensure all cars on-showroom display meet our set standard (ie. display, cleanliness and technical)
  • Accountability of Delivery Packs (2 master keys, Owner Manual and Service Booklet)
  • Liaise with agents and external vendors for reconditioning/bodyworks requirements
  • Ensure good turnaround time from reconditioning to showroom display

    • Sold Cars

  • Perform tyre and battery checks and ensure checklists are duly filled
  • Follow up readiness / timeline for all add job requests
  • Daily update of shared folder PDI progress
  • Ensure car is groomed for delivery
